Mark Palmer (Managing Director)

Mark has a degree in French and an MBA. He spent the early years of his career working in the tier 1 Automotive sector in France. Moving from production in France to run a Division in the UK he later returned to Paris to become Management Development Director. He joined oee in 2001. In 2008 he became MD.

John Barber (Director)

John has a degree in Politics & Economics. His early career was as an RAF logistics officer undertaking operational and staff roles. After training as a Management Consultant he became a founder member of Strike Command’s internal consultancy branch. John joined oee in 1999 and became a Director in 2005.

Duncan Burtoft (Operations Director)

Duncan has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. His early experience was in engineered product manufacture, initially with TI Group. A move to automotive led to a series of senior operations roles with Land Rover & latterly general management in the SME sector. Duncan joined oee in 1999 and was appointed  to the board in 2007.

Philip Godfrey (Chairman)

Philip has a degree in Politics & Philosophy and an MBA. After many years working in the Nuclear & Automotive sectors in both HR and production, Philip started his consulting career with PERA. He co-founded oee  in 1997 as MD, a position he successfully occupied until 2008.

Kate Brear (Company Secretary & Company Accountant)

Kate has a degree in Physical Geography. She started her career working for an accountancy practice before moving to oee  in 2003. She also qualified as a chartered certified accountant in 2003. In 2004, Kate became the Company Accountant and joined the management board in 2008, taking on the Company Secretary role at the same time.
