Because of the increasing demand for our services, we are always on the look out for talented individuals to enhance our team.
We are currently looking for Process Improvement Specialists at Team Member and Project Manager level.
Team Members must have an excellent track record in production, manufacturing engineering or operations management. You will have a good first degree in an engineering discipline, and possess strong analytical and problem solving capabilities. You will have led successful process improvement activities, using a variety of techniques to identify and eliminate all forms of waste. You will also be good at getting your ideas across and enjoy transferring your skills to others.
Project Managers must have a demonstrable track record in managing complex process improvement projects within “industrial” operations. The role requires strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, resource-planning skills, excellent client management and a results orientated approach.
