Where we have worked
We have, and are, working with a number of major UK financial institutions. These include:
- Primary Financial Service providers such as banks and insurance companies
- Major providers of outsourcing services to these institutions
- Financial services regulators
Many of our customers have 'industrialised' their processing operations in recent years. Usually, the work that was formerly undertaken in the back-offices of the branch network has been moved out. Typically, this was initially moved into local service centres and, more recently, to large regional or national centres, to provide even better scale economies.
Our work in Financial Services has been predominantly in support of these new and industrial scale operations. Some are still owned and operated by the banks and some have been transferred to outsourcing providers.
