Our customers are in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Public and Service sectors who process products, customers and information. Their common challenge is to improve service levels while driving down costs in “industrial scale” operations.
our approach
We are not driven by the latest fad or fashion but by what is appropriate to the customer. We concentrate on operational fundamentals, like effective team working, appropriate measurement and the performance of assets - not particularly sexy - but the things that either save or make money. We understand strategy, but are more influenced by “The Machine that Changed the World” than the “Harvard Business Review”.
Our key objective is to introduce our customers to appropriate process improvement techniques and to make them self-sufficient in their use. So our focus is on developing the capability, structures and culture that will enable our customers to introduce sustainable operational improvements.
